Our physician-owned private practice group in the Minneapolis suburbs has an opening for a full-time partnership track position. Our 23 physician group provides exclusive coverage at three hospitals and two surgery centers. We employ our CRNAs. The clinical practice is broad and includes cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB, neuro, general, ENT, ortho, spine, endo. Minimal pediatrics. No transplant. Largest hospital is a level 2 trauma center. Mix of medical direction and personal performance (about 80/20). ~20 in-house calls/year with post-call day off.
Three year partnership track. 8/9/10 weeks of vacation during track. Partner vacation levels generally range from 10-15 weeks/year. Excellent benefits (medical/dental/life/disablility/etc). Work hours (averaged over past 3 years) around 40/week. Partners have opportunity to buy into our anesthesia billing company.
