post graduate studies in australia

hi,i have completed my graduation last yr, MBBS.i am currently working as an intern and have 7 months of internship left .i am interested in completing my post graduation in general medicine{internal medicine}in either australia or new zealand ,but havent the slightest idea about the entrance exam which one is supposed to give. i am totally in the dark about which universities to select and how to go about it. i would be grateful if anyone here touches on these topics.
