Hi - have a question I just can't seem to find an answer to...

Can my fiancee and I just couples match for transitional year ONLY?

(she's applying through NRMP and I am applying through SF match and we don't want to couples match for our categorical positions b/c we don't want to ruin each other's chances).

Yes, you can couples match for anything through ERAS, including a transitional year. You'll need to be very explicit about this with program directors though, to ensure that you'll match together. Good luck!
