Penn state vs GW vs SUNY Downstate

I received a half tuition scholarship from Penn State and recently just got off the alternate list for both GW and SUNY so idk how likely they are to offer aid. I just wanted to hear everyone’s opinions on each school and where they would go. For reference GW is closest to me so I’d def not lack family support. Penn State is 2 hrs away which isn’t bad and SUNY is 4.

Pros/cons? Penn state is def a great school so that seems like the choice with the current aid

Penn state is a great program and the half tuition scholarship is definitely something that would sway me! Also seems like a good distance from family to still have them nearby. Also would say COL in DC is a lot lol so that is something I would take into consideration compared to Hershey
