PCCM reading for fellowship

Hey guys, any recommended reading for preparation as an upcoming fellow? Interested in the whole gamut of PCCM including pulm, pulmonary vascular disease, and critical care and hoping to have some reading for a few hours here and there during elective time. What recommended texts and or reviews/high yield trials would you recommend? Thanks!
