Options for temporary (about a year) office/clinic OB/GYN work in Miami area

What are some options for an OB/GYN who is looking for a job doing office or clinic work for a year or so in the Miami area? It seems that the locum tenens options are somewhat limited in the Miami area (or just haven't found the right locum tenens agency). Not interested in doing call or being in the OR. Board eligible and have passed written boards. Open to working in a private office, VA, correctional facility, any organization that provides GYN and/or prenatal care to disadvantaged women, etc. Not interested in actually doing terminations (but open to working for an organization that does).
