The hardest ones to interview for are often when the interviewer has not read your profile. Whether this is a ruse or not to get a rise out of you is unpredictable.

Just talk about your research and why you like PCCM. I've been honest and open. Most answers are usually cookie cutter and generic anyway.

They just want to make conversation with you.

Note, at one of the interviews I went to (won't say which one), I spied on their piece of paper by my name was a line that said "Language Skills" and a scale from 1 to 5.
