% of < 3.0 GPA of Applicants and Matriculants

What is the approximate % of all applicants with < 3.0 GPA as well as the % of all matriculants with < 3.0 GPA's, both in cumulative and science.

And if you can break this down even further (ie-% with < 2.8, etc, etc), that would be very helpful- thank you so much!

Your best bet for this information is the Medical School Admissions Requirements.

Remember that these statistics are only for allopathic medical schools and not for osteopathic medical schools. Osteopathic schools may be a little easier on GPAs. You're not doomed if your GPA is less than 3.0, but it would be nice if it were higher. Also, the Medical School Admissions Requirements textbook is useful.
