MHA or MBA

I am an IMG graduate with ECFMG certificate without residency, I want to get an administrative job at hospital, I was wondering if I should get an MBA or MHA online, also can I get an job as an internship or assistant while pursing the degree. I would like to know if someone has gone through this route and could please share your exp.
