Medical residency in Russia

Hello,

I graduated from general medicine and I am interested to do my medical residency in Russia in dermatology more specifically in Moscow if possible.
I would like to know where and how should I apply? I send e-mails to universities which were without answser.

But this residency lasts only two years and hence is of inferior quality to the standard US one.
