@jkdoctor Is pretty well caught up with this. Not sure how many that are planned will make it to fruition, hopefully none. Here's a list he recently compiled.

Whoot! Which of the following will be the best new school?

Kiran Patel COM Clearwater FL branch campus
In January, the Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA) approved a class of 150 students to begin studying at the Clearwater site in the summer of 2019, when the new facility is slated to open. NSU’s Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine site in Fort Lauderdale will continue to enroll a class of 230 students annually. With a total of 380 students enrolled each year between the two sites, NSU will have an even greater impact on the future of health care statewide, nationally and globally.

JEFFERSON — Jefferson County board Chairman Jim Schroeder said in recent days he remains optimistic a proposed College of Osteopathic Medicine will be located in Jefferson in the coming years and a representative of the proposed college, Mark Lefebvre, was of a similar mind.
