Is 30 too old to be starting an Ortho residency?

Please tell me this isn't true. I'll be thirty when I start med school.
 
Don't sweat it. I'll be 30-something when I start my ortho residency this July. :D Nobody questioned me about it during interviews.

what made you ask this question?
i will be 40 when i start ortho residency.
dont worry about your age, just do something you can enjoy each day.
 
I plan to be in my mid-late 30's when I start my Ortho residency :)
 
of course not.

i mean, even someone who had it all figured out, finished undergrad in 4 years, got in to med school the first time, etc wouldn't start until they were 26 or 27.

30 is not old at all.

...'course my sister was 23 when she started her ob/gyn residency ;)
