So we can file FAFSA even if we haven't officially been accepted yet?
Wow!! That would only give me about 1 month to apply for financial aid, coordinate the renting of my current home, resign from my 8 year engineering job, look for a decent apartment, relocate my family of 4 and ace my last two classes!!! Oh and keep up with my shadowing.....tough times await me :s
Yeah, I feel the same way. I've gotten the urge to look stuff up already about apartments since i don't want to be rushing at the end. But I don't want to assume I got in since I'm aware I'm not the ideal applicant.
"Ideal candidate" is so subjective though, right? Who knows, you may be just what they are looking for...
At the end of the whole process, it comes down to a lot of hard work, and just a bit of serendipity. That's what I believe anyway...
I've been trying to keep myself from obsessing over the student portal during spring break, and just go with the flow and find out when I find out...
Does anybody know the typical mcat test date for people taking the optional mcat course as part of the medical masters program?

I've kind of been passively looking for the past 3 or 4 months, and also would like to know what areas the students tend to live in..Yeah no luck finding it as well. I'll give it some time and try again. I started looking at housing and would anyone know where most of the students live? and what's considered a fair price for rent?

I just tried the Quick Search on the sidebar of the website, and there's about 15 listings in the $800-1600 range; I'm just not sure if a lot students live there, because some of those are pretty expensive.Idk about you but I found that website that they provided somewhat useless. Unless I wasn't searching properly.

Is anyone else having issues with the accept/decline? I keep getting a run script error.
Works now. Think it was just a computer problem.
I was considering messing with you and saying "run script error" only appears when they've rescinded an acceptance...but I don't need that kind of karma following me!
Glad it worked.
The facebook group is up.
Does anyone know what date to get in August after the mcat prep or who to ask about it? Decided to push back my May date to take it after the prep.
Anyone know how often the admissions com meets to review apps and hand out decisions? Still waiting...
Not sure, but from looking at past threads I think they hand out acceptances on Fridays.
