From what I have heard, Indiana might be one of the most physician friendly states
yes. But maybe too friendly. It has a reputation for having lots of docs with problems in their history.

Less plaintiff friendly process. Malpractice caps. Makes it less difficult for docs with a "history" to afford insurance. So they seem to draw a disproportionate share.

Just because they can afford the malpractice doesn't mean the medical board will grant them a license. Our board of medicine does a great job of assuring safe medical care in a pro-physician state. Do you have any actual data to back your claims, or is this just an assumption?

So would you rather have the opposite then? If that’s what you want, there are plenty of places like that out there. Go get you some of them lawsuits!!
