We are looking to add a postdoc and licensed psychologist to our staff starting Summer/Fall 2019 or sooner.
Our small group practice was founded in 2018 and serves people living and working in Central Brooklyn. Our client population consists largely of individuals in their 20's and 30's, including university students, young professionals, and couples. The best fit for these positions are psychologists who:
- work from a contemporary psychodynamic, relational/interpersonal orientation
- use an sexuality/gender-affirmative therapy approach
- have experience and/or interest in working with gender and sexual diversity
- are flexible in practice, adept at meeting each client according to their individual needs and capabilities
- have experience and/or interest in couples therapy
Requirements:
- Doctorate Degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
- Psychodynamic relational/interpersonal orientation (integrative in interventions)
- Availability on Fridays, including the evening, and at least 2 other evenings a week (until 9PM) and/or weekends
