I suggest that users reply to this thread with the information below:
1) Society name
2) General field (may be obvious by society name, maybe not)
3) Society website (so folks in future years can find the society easily)
4) Rough submission dates e.g.: First week in May for XYZ association meeting.
We'll add over time, and I'll organize the information in research FAQ according to general field. Just start with meetings that you're targeting/submitting to now.
I'm fine with doing so, there is just a huge array of national meetings, and meeting dates usually fluctuate ~2 weeks between meets.This may be pretty difficult, I'm not sure, but what if we compile a list of deadlines for submitting abstracts for national meetings?
