OMICS 3rd Experts Meeting on Medical Case Reports

I was thinking of submitting a path/oncology case report I'm finishing here. Has anybody had any experience with this OMICS group? They have a website for their meeting in Dallas, but alarm bells started going off in my head when I looked at it.

If this is not an option, anyone have any ideas where I could send in an cancer path case report? Or is open access my only option?
