Getting Rid of X-Ray Machine

I currently work for a podiatry office before I head off to medical school this fall. The doctor that owns the practice recently switched to a digital x-ray system, and knowing the debt I'm going to be in, made a deal with me. If I can sell our old x-ray machine and processor, I get to keep half of everything.

I feel like Craigslist and Ebay would be difficult because it's such a niche market. Are there any popular podiatry forums where people post about selling off used equipment? Thanks!

There are companies that will buy/sell used medical equipment, but they will pay only pennies on the dollar. In all honesty, you mised well be selling a ribbon typewriter or a Sega Genesis. So those companies might be about your only option unless you luck out. GL
