Check out www.vetmedicine.about.com and post this same message in their pre-vet forum. There are some people there that are overseas.
If you want to work in the US, make sure you go to an AVMA accredited school, or else you have to take the ECFG exam post graduation or do one year at a stateside school, both of which are expensive options!
