The best additional stream of income is a partner who earns well. Highly recommended.

Otherwise, with a non-working or low earning partner, it's kinda the financial equivalent of having +2 kids (or more).

Nothing new.
It's the exact same thing as before. Work for a PSLF organization for 10 years, get loans forgiven. Podiatry organizations that qualify would be VA, IHS, Military, FQHC, County or City Health Clinics, etc. Must work at least 30 hours at week at one. No tax bomb at end.
