Other Eu doctor with Canadian passport - possibility of Swiss residency

Hi everyone , I am Canadian with a Canadian passport but am graduating from a eu medical school in Poland . I speak German at b2 level. I am hoping to do a year or two in the UK post grad while applying to Switzerland for residency? What will I need to do? Is it feasible since I do not have an EU passport ?

There's a demand for physicians in Switzerland, depending on specialty and where they were trained. B2 or C1 are prerequisite;
however, I hope that you know that your B2 German won't help you speak and understand Swiss German.
