Good luck on this cycle. I suggest you guys mention whether you receive email or phone call, and also the days of interviews (i.e. Email, 6/...) It definitely help other applicants. I also recommend not creating two threads, but whatever you guys prefer to keep each other informed.

Is the VA Long Beach program still open, I remember last year it wasn't accepting applications since the director was retiring?

A couple of mistakes: Indiana should not be bold, so don't read into that. As far as I know VA Long Beach is not open. I just copied and pasted the list from last year. If anybody can confirm VA Long Beach that would be great.

Dr Davis retired and VALB terminated their Endo program.

Did Tufts really send out interviews already?

Apparently Baylor, Indiana and Tennessee have sent out invites. No luck so far.

MTBer1, may you please keep the first post updated? It would help keep this thread a lot cleaner and easier for people to look at the most updated list. Thanks for maintaining this thread.

Yes I will just update the list at the Top.
Thanks! I did see these earlier in the thread to help you update the master list:
Dr Davis retired and VALB terminated their Endo program.
We can probably remove VALB from the list.
Apparently Baylor, Indiana and Tennessee have sent out invites. No luck so far.
Haven't seen anyone else confirm though.
University of Alabama at Birmingham- Email; Mid-July (you can choose between 2 dates)
UAB invites are out.

Hey TargetEndo, I was just wondering...where did you hear that these programs already sent out invites?
Hello! I know someone who received invites and will be attending the interviews.

Can confirm Tennessee. Sending out via Email for July 18.

Anyone Applied to Rutgers? How did you send ADAT to them?

I was going to. Even paid the PASS fees. But the communication from their end has been nothing short of atrocious so I am changing my mind about applying there. As it is I am sure they will have no shortage of applicants. I wish you luck!
To answer your question - I sent them the score when I applied for ADAT (at the selection screen). That is the only way to do it now as well.

Yes, They don't reply properly. PD never reply. and admission assistant says Department wants all the recommendation in hard copies also. Although I ordered ADAT to be sent there, after the exam, the never acknowledge the receipt....

Updated the list at the top. FYI there are some dupicates.

UW - phone call - 7/6 or 7/9

If you are reading this and have recieved an interview or know people who have please post the dates here. Lets keep this rolling!

Still waiting on Florida as well.

Dr. Walia will be given applications to review on or around June 30th. At that point they will contact you to let you know if everything is complete or if they are missing something. Source: Spoke to Dr. Walia

Nothing from Louisville besides an informal "application complete" email.

Wow, it seems like each year programs are competing to interview earlier and earlier to try to get the best applicants. I wonder if endo programs will ever go to a match system like most of the other specialties.

when was your application marked as complete for St. Louis? trying to see how long it takes for them to send interview invites after they've received a complete application :)

It was marked complete on June 15th. Good luck!

Guys, PASS Updated ADAT receipt.

Yeah they did that yesterday. About damn time too!

BTW, forgive me for digressing but what is considered a good ADAT score? If I compare my score with previous years on the percentile scale, it's a TERRIBLE score but its still better than the other candidates that I know personally so it's kinda confusing.

I wouldn’t compare yourself to those you know personally. What’s that, n = 5? I’d use the past years’ percentiles, which are based on n = 1,000. Seems a bit more reliable to me.

I have the same question...I got 580 and really don't have any idea how good it is...

Where in PASS will the ADAT score show?
Click on the "Status" tab on the top. It will show "OFFICIAL ADAT Received: 1"
The score itself will not show. To see your score, log into your ADA account and see it there.

Precisely why I am asking here what a good score would be. :)
Like I said in my post, I have already used the past years' percentiles to compare.
Your other answer about 580 being in the top 12-13% answered my question and gave me hope! lol! :) Thank you!

Hey guys, let's try to keep this thread relevant to just interview updates. We can kick the other topics over to the Endo 2019 thread. Makes for less stuff to sort through ;)
