You're more than fine for hours. Typically, it should be > 150 hrs each for clinical and non-clinical. Shadowing should be ~50 hrs.

I wouldn’t worry about it too much if I were you. If someone has 2000+ hours somewhere, they probably had to give up something in exchange. Simple zero sum theory. However if that 2000+ hour has a perfect MCAT/GPA combo, you probably shouldn’t compare yourself anyways since most people can’t.
