I have never used one, so I feel like I have no basis for making this decision. I attended the equipment fair, where I got to try on all of the BIOs. We have the choice of:

Heine Omega 500-- $1600
Keeler All Pupil II-- $1340
Keeler Vantage Plus-- $1800

I have a Heine diagnostic set and have experienced no problems, and really great customer service when I thought I had a problem (but just didn't know how to use it!). I have a small head, and the Heine was lighter and more comfortable than the Keeler models, but does it really matter to you once you're using it and practicing? Is it something you get used to? Also, the Heine rep told us that the All Pupil is a crappy, old model, and that's why Keeler sells it for so much cheaper. Any thoughts?

ETA: We also have the choice of Volk or Ocular supplementary lenses, but we have never gotten to try them and I have never seen the Ocular lenses. Does anyone own Ocular (or both), and would you recommend them? The Ocular lenses are about $50 cheaper than the Volk for each lens.
