Do you think I would have a chance at acceptance to an Israeli Medical school?

Why were you dismissed? I'm not an authority on these matters, but a dismissal from med school sounds like serious business.

Yes, why? I think the reason why is important. I don't know if the Israeli schools would have a way of finding this information out (probably not, unless they had a particular reason they wanted or decided to look...). Even if not, this issue could become important later if/when you tried to get a US medical license, which you will have to do eventually. Most (maybe all?) states ask whether you have ever been dismissed from a medical school.
