Is it possible to create a fellowship focusing on skin care for our patients. we already take care of a lot of skin problems.

couldnt an fp in a growing city potentially make a lot of cash on focusing on cosmetics?

Ya, just take an elective in Derm during your residency... you get to pick some electives.

I'm not aware of any dermatology fellowships for FM. However, you get plenty of exposure to derm during residency, and if you're interested in learning cosmetic procedures, you can do that during residency or afterward.

I think it doesnt hurt if an AMG gets one...
