Does anyone know if any of the big firms consider people with DMD's for a consulting position? I checked the profiles at Mckinsey and noticed that they mainly hired PhD's and MD's as doctoral applicants.

Yes, they primarily hire PhD's and MD's -- likely the fact that the majority of applicants fall in those categories [compared to DMD/DDS] plays a role in that.

Do you know any corps that are involved in dentistry tools/equipment? Prosthetics? Office equipment? ...yes.

If anything, those types of businesses would probably be well-served by utilizing a consultant with background training in dentistry, over one with, say, training in nephrology.

That said, the solution to your problem is clear -- contact the consulting firms and ask if they would be potentially interested.
