My program specifically told me NOT to report any probation, they considered it an internal matter and didn’t want it following me for the rest of my career. I would make that call to your PD and see if they are willing to show you the same courtesy. FWIW a fair number of residents spend a few months on probation so you’re not the only one. As long as it’s something you can adequately explain like an isolated behavioral issue or a couple of poor inservice grades I wouldn’t be worried.
