RFU M2 here, so that's my bias. Sounds like RFU for you unless A.) not having a primary teaching hospital is a big no-no for you (RFU has like 15+ very good affiliate hospitals so that's big) or B.) you are dead-set on doing earlier clinical stuff. You might have a tad bit more research opportunities at CO than RFU, but I don't think it's as crazy vs if you wanted to do, say, neurosurgery research. That said, match for anesthesia between the two should not be too different unless you want to live in CO or do a ton of research. And RFU has had some impressive anesthesia matches in recent years.
