Creighton Phoenix vs Georgetown

Hi, I am finding it difficult to take a call between Creighton Phoenix vs Georgetown.

Creighton
Pros

• Close to home (I am from CA)
• Smaller class size
• Cheaper tuition (67K) compared to GT
• Lower cost of living, warmer weather

Cons

• Newer program
• Not as well known as GT

Georgetown
Pros

• More reputed than Creighton, likely higher possibility for residency match(es)
• Since it is well established, possibility of more research opportunities
• Lots of educational support/advising resources

Cons

• COA more expensive (77K)
• Too big an institute and very competitive
• Significantly higher cost of living than Creighton
• Far from home

I am having a hard time with this decision! Any insight is much appreciated
