circumcised vs un-circumcised

Which one is healthier? I've heard circumcised men have less chance to caught infections...but on the other hand, the foreskin has many Meissner's corpuscles, wich means circumcised men loose some sensitivity=sexual pleasure and I think that it is very important too.
I am circumcised myself and would like to hear a few medical explanation about the pros and cons of circumcision and what would be you final decision, your recomendation as a specialist, so...any attendings, residents, interns or advanced students who feel able to talk about this, feel free to do it.
