They said they are planning to invite more people after a week or so in their invitation email.

I havent emailed, i think its way tooo early.
Was speaking to an attending whos a different speciality PD, said he gets super pissed off when he gets thos "asking for app status" emails, esp really early in process. so i got scared. . not sure about others. .

We are less than 2 weeks into the cycle. I know it’s nerve wracking because this year is different and compressed, but they still need time to review

I agree that its too early but at the same time, a lot of programs have already sent out invitations as the cycle started with a significant delay. I have heard few other programs are in the process of sending out invitations within a week. Last yr, Interview invitations were sent about a month after applications were submitted, this year, it started within few days- dynamic are so different this year.

There are 244 programs. Based on this thread, there's about 20 that have sent things out. I know it's hard when you see the thread and whatsapp, but we have about 10% of programs with invites out. More will likely come out in the next week. You don't want to be known as the person who is impatient and couldn't even give them 2 weeks of a chance to review things given they are still well within the rest of their peers by not sending anything out yet.

Some may be internal interviews. One of my med school friends who’s at UMich got their internal interview invite today, but the email says the rest of invites will be sent out next week.

Did anyone actually get an interview from Dartmouth? And not internally. It’s on the list but haven’t seen anyone say they actually got one.... same with Stony Brook..

Can Someone also please confirm if Ocshner Invite was actually sent to IMG? I have a few friends who are fellows there any they arent aware of that from their conversation with the coordinator..

Yes, one of my residency friends got noninternal Dartmouth invite on that date.

extrapolating from the match data from nrmp
US grads who matched ranked on average 9 programs, those who did not ranked 5.5
US IMGs who matched ranked on average 6.1 programs, those who did not ranked 2.4
non US IMGs who matched ranked 7.6, those who did not 3.1
Osteopathic grads who matched ranked 6.1, those who did not ranked 2.9

No, this is an incomplete list because not everyone is sending their updates to SDN for posting. For example, I know several DOs that have gotten interviews at the above list of places only listed under AMG. You can't expect this to be comprehensive.
