Hi all,

Wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts in to the pros and cons of both models? I’m hearing about employed positions offering significant numbers and wonder if that can be a long term option without the worry of private practice over head and buy ins?

Thanks

Whatever numbers a hospital group offers you, a well run private practice will be better. The trick is finding a good PP that is in an area you want to stay long term.

Of course employed position can be an option long term it is up to you how to shape your career!
