any non EU practicing or training in the netherland here?

hello, i am preparing my dutch language right now and i am looking for someone non EU practicing or training in the netherland..i know about some basic general steps i have to take to apply residency over there but i have lack information about: how is the chance for a non EU to get the training there? and what should i do to increase my chance?

i am a non EU graduate and i have interest in anesthesiology..
if u have info or you are an AIOS, please help give me the clues..thx u

hey, i guess this a reply coming too late, but since i too am a non-EU undergrad with a non-EU degree, i wanted to know the procedure for applying for residency in the netherlands.
i will be visiting the netherlands next month, and i hope to learn dutch and apply for a residency position in Orthopedics. so i would like to know the obstacles you have faced if any and the procedure in general..
finding a forum where someone is in the same boat as me is a relief..
