Liability / Malpractice Insurance in EU for physician from non-EU country

Hi guys,

I'm going to start a clinical fellowship in Italy soon, but I need to get professional liability insurance, so I can get a medical license. I'm a non-EU citizen, and now I cannot find any insurance company to have malpractice coverage. So, could you help me to find another option?
