Hey everyone, just hoping to get help from the experts. Low 240s step 1, decent amount of neurosurgery specific research, just looking for advice on how to strengthen my application. Looking to do translational research, thus I'm looking at a decent mix of academic and operative experience. Any tips would be much appreciated
