Advice needed!

Hello SDN people. I am currently a 1st yr pulm/CC fellow in a program which shall remain anonymous ( for obvious reasons). I am very much interested in continuing to pursue this field; however I cannot continue in this program for several reasons which I cannot even list here for fear of retaliation. I'm looking to transfer ANYWHERE if possible as a PGY5 starting next year. If anyone knows anyone who is no longer interested or is in need of a second year fellow, please PM me, and I'll fill you in on the rest. I'd also appreciate any advice you can give on how to look for these types of positions. Thank you all in advance.
