About migrating to australia as gynec

Hi i am gynecologist from india.I wish to migrate to australia. Is it worth applying for specialist assessment which cost near about 1.5 lakh and appear for exam of royal college of australia ? How much the RANZCOG exams tough and if i cant clear it what are the other scope.Yaar,please someone advise me.It is a big webworld but nobody has time.It is important for someone's career.
