After another week, these are the numbers as of yesterday's actions:
Total Applicants - 1816 (one more, probably a DF from a prior year reactivated their application to single school)
At least one MD/PhD Acceptance - 759 (four more applicants given their first MD/PhD acceptance - 41.8% given AC in MD/PhD programs)
Current MD/PhD class - 644

Interestingly, there were some additional actions on Thursday and Friday...
Total Applicants - 1816 applicants
At least an MD/PhD AC - 761 (two more!!! - 41.9%)

UPDATE on 2018 AMCAS MD/PhD CYCLE (as of actions of 7/1/18)
Total Applicants - 1818
Total Accepts - 777 (at least one MD/PhD acceptance) - 42.7%
Withdraw after Acceptance - 87
Defer to later class - 27
Rescinded Acceptance - 3
Currently MD/PhD Accepted - 660
For comparison, we had 778 total accepts in the 2017 cycle, and 785 total accepts in the 2016 cycle.

Total Applicants - 1820 (plus 2 who are likely prior deferred students)
Total Accepts - 779 (at least one MD/PhD acceptance, plus 2 from prior) - 42.8%
Withdraw after Acceptance - 93
Defer to later class - 27
Rescinded Acceptance - 3
Currently MD/PhD Accepted - 656
For comparison, we had 778 total accepts in the 2017 cycle, and 785 total accepts in the 2016 cycle.

Defer to later class - 28 (1 more)
Rescinded Acceptance - 2 (1 less)
Currently MD/PhD Accepted - 669
For comparison, we had 778 total accepts in the 2017 cycle, and 785 total accepts in the 2016 cycle.
