2011 Ophthalmology Interviews/Rejections

Any thoughts on a summary of where the interview season stands folks? Are we basically in the final shuffle here where one person drops an interview and its offered to another lucky fellow or will there be one final flurry of invitations?

I'm wondering the same thing...I'm really hoping for a few more interviews....

For those curious about Duke and their date on 12/1, I called today and they said they had more interview invitations that they were going to send out early next week (via phone call).

I couldn't agree more- good luck to everyone in the same boat- I have been on a few interviews with several people who are holding onto more invitations than they can go to but haven't canceled yet so hopefully something will work out.

I just got some last minute interviews so I ended up taking those and cancelled 8 more of mine today. So good luck to all I am sure there will be a lot of shuffling this week.
