Yet another person who thinks they failed CS.....

Took CS today and think I may have failed it.

Crap I did wrong:
-forgot to ask two patients about meds/allergies
-forgot to ask a few pre-menopausal female patients about LMPs
-had no idea what the f*** was going on with two patients so examined as many organ systems as I could think of/do in 15 minutes
-forgot to write down VS on a patient where it was applicable
-forgot to write stuff down on the note that I did
-wrote poorly organized HPIs
-a few of my differentials and tests were batsh*t idiotic
-didn't really summarize for most people; just discussed differential and mentioned tests
- for the first 3 or 4 notes used abbreviations like "RRR, no m/r/g"

If I have to pay another $1000 to take this thing again I will scream. Or cry. Or both.

I took CS in 2005. I did the First Aid CS for 48 hrs straight. I used the pneumonics suggested. I felt like I botched at least 2 patient encounters; completely forgetting to do a neuro exam on a headache. You might surprise yourself and pass. Take a deep breath, breathe. Best wishes.
