Writing step 2 before finishing clinical rotations

I will be writing step 2 in Feb (~4 months study time, and on rotations, so avg 5 hours studying per day) when I will only have finished Medicine, Surgery, and Obs/Gyn rotations. I cannot write it later than this time (won't go into reasons).

I'm aiming to get 250+. My step 1 was 235.

Which of these materials be enough to get me that score:

1) Uworld + FA for Step 2ck (for non IM) + Step-up to Medicine (for IM) + secrets

OR

2) Uworld + MTB 2 (IM) + MTB 3 (Non-IM) + secrets

I did #2 without secrets and not studying much during rotations. I scored in the high 240s.
