Worth taking a diagnostic?

I read one or two threads about which NBME is the best diagnostic test to take. I'm just wondering what peoples thought are on if they should be taken at all. I'd love to get a feel for where I stand, but my main concern is "wasting" one of the NBME forms or UWSA that I could (should?) use later in my study period for practice.

If you're worried about wasting one, take one of the offline ones (forms 1-4). You can find them by googling/torrrents/etc. Beware though, the answer keys are probably not 100% accurate but they should give you a rough idea of where you stand.
