Worth learning the obscure pharm answer choices in Qbank?

So I'm doing pretty good on Qbank pharm. The problem is that while I am getting the right answer, it's because I know about the drug that is the right answer, but I don't know why the others are wrong because sometimes I have never heard of them! Is it worth learning about these random, obscure drugs? Or are they low yield?

I finished all of qbank pharm. What are these obscure drugs that you speak of?

From my test last week and from other friends, only the major drugs are tested. Didn't have any obscure ones, so I'd stick with the biggies and save brain space.
