If people wouldn't mind contributing the errors they made and still passed, we can have a collection of them all in one compact thread. Hopefully it can help people feel a little better when they walk out of the exam and start freaking out.
1. Missed counseling one patient about his heavy alcohol use
2. Completely missing the top diagnosis for 2 patients
3. Not ordering a few really basic tests that should have been ordered on a number of patients
4. Told one patient he was good to go and then ordered a bunch of tests on the note
5. Answered a "challenge question" on a peds case very vaguely/not helpfully
6. Had a patient react poorly to one of my questions (not sure if this was intentional or not)
7. Did not entirely resolve two counseling things that came up with patients before time ran out.
...still passed
