you should also do your internship in Ireland right after to become registered in an EU country, which would make it even easier to get full registration in another EU country (e.g. UK)
Completing your internship in Ireland will allow you to get full registration and enter the UK postgraduate system at F2 level. If you do not do an intern year in Ireland you can get provisional registration in the UK and apply for F1 jobs.
Unless things have changed over the past few years ...even if you pass your intern year, as a NON-EU citizen, you'll still have to write the PLAB exam. Just by doing med school in an EU state does not preclude you from gettting easy access to the UK.
