Work Legally in Dentistry

Hi folks!
Does anyone knows what's the easiest way to a international graduated dentist work legally in US? ( dental assistant, dental hygienist )

If you are on H4 and if your spouse has applied for green card then you can get EAD on H4. On EAD you can get any job.
