Hi everyone,

I have a 2.8 GPA undergrad from a state school down south as a liberal arts major and have a 3.3 GPA in all of my pre-reqs except for 2 courses I haven't taken yet at the local community college.

Do I have a shot of getting in?

Most schools require 3.0 min cumulative. Search schools that have lower requirements for example, Touro Nevada. Also some schools will look at your last 60 credits. Get lots of volunteer hours in different settings and kill the GRE you'll have a fighting chance

You have a shot but not a good one. You need to raise that pre-req GPA to at least 3.5 to make up for a poor overall GPA. Like the OP said, obtain good LORs and observation hours in a variety of settings. Make sure your personal statement is stellar. You might want to consult a writing coach.
