Will Dayanand Medical School start on time?

Does anyone know of the recent problem at Dayanand medical school with a test being leaked and a court case pending that is halting the school from taking in first years or even interviewing them?

This is kind of a concern, seems very unprofessional?

Anyone have any information on this situation, and how it will resolve?

Doesnt school start very soon?

I thought this was one of the most prestigious schools in India, one that everyone tries to get into
