Will applicants this cycle be abnormally low?

Obviously, there is an ongoing pandemic. It's seriously affecting a lot of people's lives and causing some serious financial concern for people. I'm just wondering if you think the applicants for this cycle will be low and if perhaps next cycle would be higher than usual due to people deciding to put off applying for the 2020 cycle?
